Did You Know That Every Time Somebody Presents At A&E, A Charge Is Made To The Primary Care Service For Each Attendance Regardless Of Whether The Person Is Treated Or Not.
If you have a condition that is neither an emergency or due to an accident, we would encourage you to contact the surgery (in surgery opening hours) or the out of hours service (111) This would help relieve some of the demands encountered by A&E and also enable limited health resources to be better utilised.
