When We Are Closed

When the surgery is closed, if you require URGENT medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please call telephone number 111.

Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobile phones.

Please do not ring NHS 111 for appointments, repeat prescriptions or test results - the service will not be able to help.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
