If you have symptoms of the coronavirus including a new continuous cough or fever, you and your household members must self isolate at home. You should access nhs.uk for up to date advice.
We should all be avoiding unnecessary contact.
We will operate a telephone access only system where all patients will be screened for symptoms. Where necessary a telephone appointment with a GP will be allocated.
All repeat prescription requests can be ordered online or you can contact the medicines order line on 01246 588860. Please do not post in the practice letterbox.
All prescriptions will then be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy
Do not come the practice, pharmacy or go to the hospital.
You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you are staying at home.
Testing for coronavirus is not needed if you're staying at home.
Use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service if:
- you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
- your condition gets worse
- your symptoms do not get better after 7 days
Please see our prescriptions page also.
