**There has been an increase in verbal aggression and abuse towards surgery staff.  This is unacceptable.  Staff are here to help and are working under the instructions from the Doctors. Please treat them with respect.**

We have listened to your feedback and we have now implemented a new appointment system. 

We have also changed our opening times. The surgery, including phonelines will be opened from 8.30am-6pm.

Our Did Not Attend rate has increased.  Due to this we have implemented a DNA policy.  See our DNA Policy page regarding this.
