Sadly our staff are experiencing increasing levels of abuse from patients. We understand that these are stressful times, but such abuse is unacceptable. The staff are working extremely hard and are putting themselves are risk in order to maintain a service to our patients. Patients who are violent or abusive to our staff will be removed from our list immediately, regardless of their circumstances.
