New Patient Registration

The practice list is open to new applicants. We accept all patients who live within our practice area.

We often, but not always, accept patients who live outside our practice area, who must apply in writing to the practice manager. 

Applicants within the practice area can apply to register by asking the receptionist on duty or by ringing the medical centre. Registration is only valid once the registration forms are completed and proof of address is seen and confirmed by the practice.
