Huntcliff Surgery has an 'open list' and we welcome new patients.

If you reside with the practice area and wish to register at Huntcliff Surgery please download and complete a registration form or visit the practice to collect a registration pack. 

When you submit your registration form we do ask that you book a routine appointment, with our Health Care Assistant, for a new patient medical. New patient medicals are for patients aged 16 years old and above.

We will pass any details of children aged under 5 to the Health Visitor so that the Health Visitor is aware of your registration.

The practice does not stress that you must always see the same doctor, but they do suggest that if you are receiving care for a specific illness that you continue to see the same doctor until that complaint has been dealt with.

• Redcar (up to Redcar Lane)
• Upleatham Village

Changing Personal Details

We do request that you inform us when you change address, telephone numbers or name.
