From 1ST November 2023 until 31st March 2024 there will be a freeze on new patients wishing to transfer from a GP practice within the area, this has been applied by the Health board to facilitate winter pressures.

We will only accept registration applications for those patients who currently have no GP/have moved out of their GP area or have recently moved to the Dunmurry area from the UK or abroad 

If you live within a 3.5 mile radius of The Hill Medical Group (excluding the greater Belfast area),  you can register with the practice. Simply call in to the surgery between 9.00am and 12.00 noon, bringing with you your medical card and some form of identification and proof of address in the form of a recent utility bill/bank statement. If you do not have a medical card you will be asked to complete a registration form.

If you are currently registered with a GP in Northern Ireland and don't have a medical card print off and complete a HS200 registration form (see link below) and bring it in with ID and proof of address between 9.00am -12noon 

If you are currently registered in England, Scotland or Wales you need to print off and complete a HS200 (see link below) . Also required by Business Services Organisation (BSO) is a copy of photographic ID & proof of address in the form of a current utility bill/bank statement.
