New Patient Registration
The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area. As a guide the boundary line towards Belfast is the "Finaghy Cross Roads" and the boundary line in Moira is the roundabout at the top of the village. The practice area excludes Aghalee, Edenderry, Ballynahinch, Dromara, Lower Ballinderry and part of Finaghy.
All new patients need to bring along their medical card, photographic ID and a recent utility bill. If you do not have a medical card you can complete a registration form. In addition all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire which will help us to provide medical care whilst waiting for the full records to be forwarded from a former practice.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
Please note that patients are registered with the practice and not an individual GP. For administrative reasons only will your medical card be issued in the name of one of the doctors. You can request to be seen by a specific doctor however this may result in a longer waiting time.
Guide to GP Services
The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them. You can download the guide below.
