Flu Vaccine Delivery DelaysPractices across the UK have been informed that Flu vaccine deliveries from the supplier Seqirus, are going to be delayed by at least one to two weeks, due to "unforeseen freight challenges". This means that UK General Practices will be without vaccines, possibly until the beginning of October. This is completely outside of our control.

We are working hard to change our existing plans and ensure that as soon as confirmed delivery dates are received, patients will be contacted and appointments booked.

Please Do Not telephone the practice to book an appointment - you will be contacted when we have further information.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how we contact you will be different at the moment.  This is to limit face-to-face contact whenever possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus.  Face to face appointments are available, but you will be asked to discuss your conditions over the phone or online first to assess what is most appropriate for you and to keep staff and patients safe.

Please DO NOT come to the surgery unless you have an appointment

Vaccine Scam Alert

We are aware some people are receiving fraudulent calls and text messages offering the covid vaccine.  In some cases people are asked to press a number on their keypad or send a text message to confirm they would like the vaccine.  Doing so is likey to result in a charge to the phone bill.  In other cases callers are offered the vaccine for a fee and asked for bank details.  Please take care.

New Patient Registration

The surgery are once again accepting a limited number of new patient registration requests (TN23 and TN24 postcodes ONLY within our boundary).

Due to the limited number of new patient registrations we can accept, all new patients should complete the relevant ADULT and/or CHILD Request for registration forms below and submit via email to:, where upon approval, patients will receive New Patient Registration Forms via the post. These forms should be completed, signed and returned to the surgery within 48 hours.

Please allow 14 days to receive your Registration form/s, before contacting the Surgery for information.

If we exceed our weekly quota of requests for new registrations, those who are unsuccessful, will be prioritised for the next week.

We hope that you will be happy with the services that we provide, however you do have the right to change your doctor by approaching the surgery of your choice and requesting acceptance onto their patient register.  Your medical records will then be forwarded via the local primary care agency.

Equally if patients are threatening, violent or abusive towards any member of staff within the surgery they will be removed from the patient register.

To Select/Check a box on the form, double click the box with your mouse button and select Checked. At this stage of registration, we will accept a digital signature on the form.
