Urgent cases will be seen on the same day by the Duty Doctor.

The pressure on the duty doctor varies from day to day, but if you decide that your case is sufficiently urgent you will always be seen on the same day.

As the duty doctor also deals with emergencies, unfortunately you may have considerable waiting time. We appreciate your patience when this occurs.

Telephone advice is available from each doctor or nurses. Please telephone 01902 372301 if you wish to contact a doctor or nurse. Nurses are available to talk to patients every day between 11.45-12.45. This can be for general advice, results and any other matters which could be dealt with on the phone instead of an appointment.
