Please book a separate appointment for each patient. The standard appointment duration is 10 minutes, although this can be extended based on need. Should you not be able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible in order that the appointment can be used by someone else.

Routine appointments

Surgeries run from 08:30 – 11:30 and from 14:30 – 17:40, although times vary and some afternoon surgeries may commence at 1.30 pm. We will try to ensure that you see the doctor or health professional of your choice but please be aware that routine appointments will not be available with a specific GP if that doctor is the emergency duty doctor for the day.   If you would like to book your next appointment online click on the link at the top of this page.

Urgent appointments

Please try to book in advance whenever possible.  If your have a clinically urgent symptom and you feel that you need to be seen the same day, please contact the surgery at 08:30 and you will be contacted by a triage clinician who will assess the urgency of your condition and organise appropriate care, which may include a same-day appointment.

If you are booked with the duty doctor, this will be to address the most pressing/urgent problem only.

Telephone advice from your doctor

For advice from your doctor when you do not need to be seen in person, the best time to ring is 11:45 – 12:00 from Monday to Friday.
