You can submit your health queries between the hours of 8am and 11am Monday - Thursday by clicking on the below online consult link, on Fridays all triage is to be submitted via telephone only by contacting 01555 752 150 between 8am-11am. Please provide as much information as you can. This information will allow the GP to triage your request to the most appropriate clinician in the most appropriate time frame.
If you require urgent medical attention during the hours of 11am - 6pm, please call us on 01555 752150. Our Patient Care Advisors will ask you about your problem and pass this information to the GP - Please provide them with as much information as you can.

All non-urgent GP appointment requests should be made in the first instance by using the Online Consult button on our website (see above or on our home page). You can seek health advice without having to visit or call us.
