GP APPOINTMENTS

We offer both pre bookable and same day appointments with the GP.  If you require a same day appointment please telephone at 8.30 am.

All our appointments are face to face consultations unless you request a telephone appointment.

PLEASE TELEPHONE AT 8.30AM ON THE DAY TO ARRANGE A SAME DAY APPOINTMENT.

NURSE APPOINTMENTS

We offer both pre bookable and on the day appointments with the nursing team.  For on the day appointments please telephone the surgery at 8.30am on the day you would like to attend to book an appointment.

You can book an appointment at any time during our surgery hours and also online via the link at the top of this page, you will need a password for this.

Clinic Times

• Monday to Friday 9.00am - 12.00 pm
• Monday to Friday 3.30 pm - 5.30 pm

Extended Hours

Appointments are available up to 8pm and Saturdays up to 5 pm within our Primary Care Network.  Apointments may be at Kirkby Health Centre or you may be offered an appointment at  a different surgery.

Telephone Advice

The doctor and nurse can be contacted for advice after morning surgery.

Chaperone Policy

Patients may ask for a chaperone in their consultation with a GP or nurse or midwife at any time. The chaperone may be a friend or relative, or it may be provided by the practice. Wherever possible we will endeavour to provide chaperoning by a clinical member of staff, but there may be occasions where there are none available and a suitably trained  admin team member may be used. The patient can refuse the chaperone offered.

Occasionally, the GP or nurses may wish a chaperone to be present themselves. They reserve the right to ask the patient to come back if there is not one available.

Cancellations

Help us to keep our waiting lists down by cancelling appointments if they are no longer needed.
