Time is set aside for "same–day" appointments for urgent medical problems.

We try to see patients at the time of their appointment but consultations sometimes take longer which may delay the subsequent appointments. Most appointments are 10 minutes. If you think your problem may take longer please ask the receptionist for a longer appointment. If you have several problems you may be best to arrange to return another time.

Please note - due to coronavirus we are temporarily switching to a telephone triage system for all appointments. 

Telephone Advice

The doctors and practice nurses will often be able to give telephone advice to patients.

You may be asked to call back or leave a message and telephone number and we will call you back.

Home Visits

Home visits are at the discretion of the doctor, for patients who are house bound or too ill to come to the surgery.

Please phone before 10.30 am if possible. The receptionist may ask about your illness to help the doctors plan their visits. Home visits are normally carried out after the morning surgeries.
