Extended Access Clinics

The Extended Access Clinics are now OPEN!

There are now more routine primary care appointments available making it easier for you to get an appointment at a time that suits you in the evenings and at weekends. The new Extended Access Service is an extension of your usual primary care delivered by the practice. Appointments will be booked by our reception staff or GP’s but please note, it is not a walk-in service so you will need to make an appointment.

The new Bordesley Green Access Hub is an additional service that is based at the Omnia Practice. Appointments between 6.30 – 8.00 pm weekdays and on Saturday and Sunday mornings 8.30-11.30.

Routine Appointments/Urgent Appointments

All Doctors appointments are triage only. The GP will make a decision on whether the patient needs to be seen face to face.

HCA and Nurse appointments can be booked in advance of up to 7 days.

Be on Time/Cancellations

If the GP asks you to attend a face to face appointment please arrive promptly and remember to cancel your appointment if you no longer need it as someone else may need it urgently. Patients who fail to attend three consecutive appointments without giving notice will be asked to find another GP.

Make the Most of Your Appointment

    • You may not need to see a doctor; ask what services the Nurse/HCA can provide?

    • Make a list of questions before your consultation.

    • Ask the doctor to clarify anything down that you do not understand.
