Appointments
In order to deal more effectively with appointment requests our clinical team will be triaging appointments from one appointment list.
Thank you for your patience during this time.
To make an appointment please contact the surgery on 0115 9401007. The receptionist will ask you for a brief description of your problem which would help the doctor to decide who is the best person to see you and when.
Chaperones
If you would like a chaperone present during your consultation please ask the receptionist when booking the appointment or checking in. You can also ask the doctor or nurse during the consultation.
AccuRx - Digital Consultations
As well as our online services, we have adopted a new system that enables patients and GP's to interact with their patients without coming to the surgery. AccuRx allows you to; have telephone consultations with the GP, send SMS messages back and forth between GP and patient and send photos to the GP during a consultation (for example rashes and wounds).
Evening & Weekend Appointments with GP+
Appointments are now available to see GPs, Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists and Physiotherapists in a fully equipped accessible location on Upper Parliament Street in Nottingham City Centre.
Opening hours will be:
16:00 – 20:00 Monday – Friday
09:00 – 13:00 Saturday & Sunday
This is not a walk-in service. Appointments are required and are bookable through the reception team at your own GP practice.
Practice Nurses
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
