Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment from 08:30. The surgery is suitable for disabled access.
The surgery offers same day appointments with some pre-bookable appointments that are opened on a daily basis up to a week in advance. If all available appointments are taken we undertake to see all urgent cases the same day and we achieve this by running an additional “sit and wait” surgery every morning.
All nurse appointments and appointments for blood tests are pre-bookable. Reception staff will ask you about the nature of your nurse appointment as this enables them to allocate the appropriate amount of time for consultation and helps to reduce waiting times.

Telephone Advice
You may feel that your problem can be dealt with by phoning the doctor or nurse. If they are not available the staff will take a message and advise you on the most appropriate contact time for that day.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
