We welcome both positive and negative feedback from all of our patients and visitors. It helps us to shape our services and understand what is working well and what we need to improve on for you. This page is to celebrate our successes and share some of the positive feedback we have received.
November 2017 - I had an appointment with Dr Burns and Julie yesterday. I just wanted to say a huge 'thank you' to them both. I was nervous about having the procedure but they were both so reassuring, kind and went above and beyond to ensure I felt relaxed and informed about what was happening. Julie was so kind when the procedure was being carried out and even held my hand. Afterwards, I was given a cup of tea and biscuit and they ensured I felt well before I was allowed to go home. The care really was second to none. I was so nervous before attending but they both put me at ease and I am glad I had the procedure. In addition, both Caroline and Wendy came to speak to me in the waiting room. As usual, they were both really kind and informative and reassured me I would be fine. And I was. Thank you to everyone for everything you did for me yesterday. The care and service we receive from everyone at The Oaks really is outstanding. Thank you.
