In November 2015, York House Medical Centre became our first site to be inspected by the Care Quality Commission since WFHP formed December 2014. See attached report.
YHS CQC report 2016
For NHS GP practices, there is a publication of ratings for each location, at both key question and population group level. Ratings are awarded on a four-point scale; ‘Outstanding’, ‘Good’; ‘Requires Improvement’, or ‘Inadequate’.
The inspection looked at the contribution made by both the Site based team, and the WFHP wide team. The table below shows the ratings which York House Medical Centre achieved. The team was delighted to be awarded a Good rating.
