Are you are registered for SystmOnline? Requesting online is the quickest and securest way to request your repeat medications.
System One online is an online service that allows you to order repeat prescriptions, book routine appointments and ask non-urgent questions through an on-line link. You will need to get a log in and password from reception to access this service. There is an easy to use app available in the Apple store or Google Play store.
If you wish to request your medication at the surgery, please bring repeat prescription slips into the surgery or fill in a form at reception.
Your new prescription will be ready for collection after 48 hours. We do not accept telephone requests for medication due to the risk of mistakes being made.
