We are pleased to announce Online Services at Green Street Clinic.
You may also have heard in the media recently that there are plans to give patients greater access to their medical records online and as part of this future plan we are amalgamating several services under one registration and once registered you will be able to:
1. Submit your prescriptions online
2. Make your doctors appointments online
3. Access your health record
In order to offer this service we are required to put security measures in place to ensure no-one can access your health information but you. Because of this we will need all patients to register with a unique email address. All patients will need to register for online services in their own name, with their own email address. Once this verification has been completed at the surgery you will receive an email explaining how to access online services.
It is a requirement for patients to show photo ID during the registration process; we do apologise for this but want to ensure we have a suitably robust system in place to protect the security and confidentiality of your health record as more of your health record is accessible online over the next several years.
Please note - you can only register in person at Reception. Please remember to bring suitable ID when you attend. Thank you.
