Online Services

To go straight to the Patient Access service, please click the link: https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk

Click here  to view instructions on how to register for the service (for initial registration or re-registration). Please note that you need to collect a online appointment registration letter from the surgery in-person (due to confidentiality we require patients to collect in-person). Please bring photographic ID with you.

Patient Access is a service provided by EMIS that allows you to access your practice online. Patient Access includes a number of optional features, including:

 1. Checking, booking and cancelling appointments.

Currently you will only be able to make one appointment with a GP at a time on-line but if you need to make another appointment you can still do this in person or over the phone.

Unfortunately the system is not flexible enough to allow you to book appointments for family members: you can only book appointments for yourself.

 2. Checking your medication and ordering repeat medication.

Once requested you can track progress of your request and simply collect your prescription from the practice or chemist.

Please allow two full working days for repeat prescriptions to be processed. This does not include weekends and bank holidays.

 3. Updating your contact information, including mobile phone number and email address.

If you have any kinds of problems with the service, please see https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk/Static/Help for general guidelines.

Inappropriate use

We are sure you will find these online services useful. However, we will cancel your access if you abuse the service. Examples of what we would consider inappropriate use are:

    • Booking appointments and not using them

    • Booking appointments for other family members using your name

    • Consistently booking inappropriate appointments

In the future, but no later than 31 March 2015, you will also have access to your GP record through Patient Access. You will be able to view online, export or print any summary information from your records i.e. medications, allergies, adverse reactions. Please click here to view our Online Statement of Intent.
