ONLINE ACCESS
The practice is contractually required to provide on-line access for booking and cancelling of appointments, order repeat medication and access specified parts of your medical record.
To gain access to these online services please ask one of our reception team for more details.
In addition the practice also transfers relevant information to a your Summary Care Record (Unless you have opted out ) and transfers your record electronically between practices when you register or deregister (GP2GP). We also use your NHS number, if known, as the primary identifier in all NHS clinical correspondence issued by the practice whether in electronic form otherwise.
