How you can help us

    • We aim to provide you with the best possible standard of service. In order to do this, we need your help with the following;

    • Extend the same courtesy and politeness to the practice team as you yourself would expect to receive.

    • Please book one appointment per patient.  If you wish to discuss someone else with the doctor (e.g child) please inform the receptionist.

    • Please do everything you can to keep appointments and if you can't, tell the practice as soon as possible.

    • Ask for repeat prescriptions in good time to avoid unnecessary delay in treatment.

    • Requests for home visits and same day appointments should be made before 10am wherever possible.

    • Do not hesitate to contact the doctor or others in the practice for clarification if you are unsure about advice or instructions.
