Please note that when you have had tests done, such as X-rays or blood tests, you should not assume that “no news is good news”. Please contact us for the results after 11.00 am each day.
The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
Sick Notes
If you are unable to work due to illness, your employer will provide you with an SC2 certificate. This covers the first seven calendar days of lost work. Only after this time will you need a doctors certificate.
