Practice Complaints

If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in this practice, please let us know. We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of a National Health system for dealing with complaints.

Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.

Healthwatch West Sussex provides a free and independent health complaints advocacy service (IHCAS), which helps local people explore options for getting their voice heard when they feel something has gone wrong with their health service.

We are continuously overwhelmed by the number of compliments that we receive at the practice and we really appreciate the time and effort our patients take to do this.
