We accept new patient registrations from G43, G46 and G53 7 postcode area. If moving outwith these postcodes you will be asked to register with a more local GP Practice.
From 14th December 2020 patient will have the option to download and complete the registration form from NHS Inform or NHS NSS and can then email their preferred practice with the attached completed registration form. Patients that do not have access to a computer to complete the registration form will be advised to phone the GP practice for an alternative method.
