At the moment doctors and GP practices seem to be getting a lot of bad press from both the media and from patients but I just wanted to say thank you to you, and all the other doctors and staff at the surgery.Whenever I have called, both during the pandemic and more recently, I have nearly always got through quite quickly and the receptionists have been friendly and helpful. I have been given telephone appointments with GPs and also been in for one to one visits when deemed necessary, which I know is not always the case with other GP practices. So thank you all so very much it is appreciated ๐Ÿ’Best wishes

"I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and thanks to Dr Collier, and MB (from SOAR).

I am victim of domestic abuse . attended to chapeltwon surgery on February  as i have been registered there and Dr Collier encouraged me to report to the police and  women's aids. Then provide service to have contact with MB ( S.P.A Co-ordinator at SOAR) and IAPT.

I could survive. Without his help I couldn't . I had  no any confidence . But i could and was born again.

I wanted to say thank you so much to Dr Collier for the difference he makes in lives of his patients. His kindness, sincere caring and concern makes everything better and are a great encouragement.  Thank you so much for taking care of me last few month . Every day of my life will be better because of your support.

Huge thanks to MB (SOAR)

For all hard work and support during difficult time i had , her humility, kindness ans strength are greatly appreciated. I can never thank her enough for all her help.

MB been great if i ever need she has been there for me and was happy to listen to me and helping me when I needed.

Through all the stressors of my life since  have reported domestic abuse  untill moving from Sheffield, they have always helped me get through.

Thank you for everything you all have done for me. Stay safe"

“I came to have my flu jab on Saturday and I just wanted to say how well organised and efficient it was. I was a ‘bit’ early, but I didn’t have to wait - they did it straight away. I don’t know if the people on the gate were volunteers, but they were very pleasant and helpful. From driving up to getting back in car was only minutes.

Thanks for a job well done and for trying to keep us all safe.

“I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you Dr Porters  in helping me with my difficult conversation and situation.Your compassion and impartial advice made it much easier to bare.

I would also like to compliment you reception staff on their hard work! I have been with this practice for 35 years and you have always been brilliant and in these challenging times nothing has changed”
