Electronic Transfer Of Patient Records
As from February 2015, the practice will introduce a facility for transfering all patient records between practices, when a patient registers or leaves the practice. This will ensure that a patients records are transfered safely and quickly from one practice to another,on a daily basis. A patients incoming record will be integrated into our practice system so that there is continuity of the patient's record over time.
