In line with the Government’s announcement, the NHS is aiming to offer every adult and eligible child the chance to book a COVID-19 booster vaccine.
If you are eligible for your booster vaccination, please call 119. Alternatively you can visit nhs.uk/covid-vaccine
If you need to register yourself or someone you care for as housebound to make sure they receive their booster jab please contact the surgery.
