A new Website has been launched to help patients make informed choices about where to go for help. 

 

The new Choose Well website – http://www.choosewellsouthernderbyshire.co.uk  contains a wealth of national advice and local information including our Choose Well health guide which has been delivered in Southern Derbyshire’s to over 300k homes and available to download in five different languages from the site (English, Punjabi, Urdu, Polish and Slovakian).
