A new Wellbeing course programme for 2016. A 'psychology course that will help you to become your own therapist.  Using an exciting new approach called 'Acceptance and Commitment Therapy' you can learn to take control and make life better for yourself'.

  • Tuesdays at 5.30pm, held in Victory Church
  • 4 week course - can start at any week – run on rolling basis
  • Course being run for 3 months – 3 times consecutively
  • No referral required – open access
  • Delivered as a lecture no details need to be given

Stress Control

New courses now available:

  • Wednesdays at 1pm – 3pm, held in Pontypool Leisure Centre
  • 6 session class
  • Course being run for 12 weeks / 3 months
  • No referral required – open access
  • Delivered as a lecture no details need to be given – booklets given to assist with self help
