The District Nurses provide clinical nursing care to patients who are unable to visit the surgery due to being temporarily or permanently housebound.
They visit patients between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday and have an additional Out of Hours service for when the surgery is closed.

Patients registered with other practices should contact their district nurses by telephoning their own surgery.
