Care Quality Commission (CQC)
CQC monitor, inspect and regulate health and social care services and publish a report about each organisation.
We are required to provide our registration information and also name the lead responsible for monitoring & delivery of the CQC '5 question' areas. These are detailed below. When the CQC have inspected us we will make their findings available to you and display their overall rating of our practice. Our first inspection is scheduled for Wednesday 2nd December 2015.
