Physiotherapy

Patients can refer themselves for physiotherapy in 3 ways:

Referral via Telephone:

• Ring Physio Direct and speak to a qualified physiotherapist
• 01792 487453
• Monday to Friday 9.00am to 12.00pm (excluding bank holidays)

Referral via Form:

• You can refer yourself for physio by filling in the self referral form: Physio Self Referral Form 
• Once complete return it to: Physiotherapy Department, Singleton Hosptial, Sketty Ln, Sketty, Swansea SA2 8QA.

Booking and appointment in Physio Access Clinic:

• This is a face-face assessment clinic that will initially be held in the Baglan Resource Centre (SA12 7BJ)
