If you think you have symptoms of mumps please request a telephone appointment with one of the practice nurses on 01509 277577. Please visit https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/mumps/ for more information.

If you require a copy of your MMR vaccination history please email into the surgery – please note requests can take up to two working days.

Alcohol Consumption Management

Alcohol misuse means drinking excessively - more than the recommended limits of alcohol consumption.

If you recently received a message regarding your alcohol screening score, you do not necessarily need to see a GP/Nurse, however the documentation below may help in providing further information on how to manage your alcohol consumption.

If you feel you are continuously drinking at an increased risk of harm and can not manage your alcohol consumption alone, please book an appointment to see a GP/Nurse for further advice.
