Who we can help
We have to give priority to the people who are at the most risk. Find out how we assess your needs.

Your needs must usually be critical or substantial to receive some Social Care services. We offer many other services without the need for an assessment. Find out if you may have critical or substantial needs.

Manage your services
If you already receive care and support, you can contact us to make changes. You can also get in touch to ask for other support, like day care, respite care or equipment for your home
