- Carers Assessments and accessing the Carers Card
- Informal support - weekly Zoom coffee mornings, informal support over the telephone
- Support to access Carers UK digital information and useful online services such as setting up the jointly App
- Support carers to have an Emergency Back Up Plan -
- Support/referrals to My Health Matters Scheme - replacement care and support for the cared for so a carer can attend their own health appointments by themselves.
