Do you look after a relative, partner or friend who needs extra support? Are you a young carer?
The Edinburgh Carer Support Team can help support you as an unpaid carer.
The service offers information and advice which includes:
- Your entitlements and rights as a carer
- Creating an Adult Carer Support Plan
- How to access local services for carers
- Looking after yourself and emotional support
- Emergency planning for the person you care for
