For Information regarding the Winter Flu/Covid Campaign please see the notice below. We have been advised there is an expected delay in vaccines arriving in Northern Ireland.  We are not expecting covid vaccines to arrive until mid October at the earliest.  Once delivered the Practice will have a further delay on 5 working days for delivery to the Practice.  Due to the complexities of organising a large scale vaccine programme we are unable to commence our vaccinations until the end of October or early November is is later than usual. We apologise for the delay.  However, this is beyond our control an we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Do I need an Antibiotic?

Antibiotics are important medicines used to treat infections caused by bacteria.  They do not treat infections caused by viruses.  Viral infections are very common. They include all colds and flu, and many infections of the nose, sinuses, ears, throat and chest (coughs / bronchitis).  Please click on the link below for further information & self help leaflets which cover the most common areas.
