Craneswater Group Practice is contracted to provide services to patients who live within the practice boundary (marked by the pink line on the map below). We also have an outer boundary, patients who move from our area can still remain registered with us provided their new address falls within our outer boundary (marked by the green line). Unfortunately, if patients move further afield than this we cannot provide our full range of services and this will mean it is necessary to register with a new practice.
