The Practice

Access

We offer access for Disabled Patients with additional reserved parking, a Disabled Toilet is also available.

We can arrange interpretation and translation services via      Language Line Telephone for Patient’s who do not speak      English, please let us know if you need this Service when     booking an Appointment, and state which Language.

 Understand that some of our Patients would like to be seen by a Clinician of the same sex, please inform our Care Navigators when booking an Appointment and they will be glad to help.

Confidentiality

We respect your right to privacy and keep all your Health         Information confidential and secure. It is important that the NHS holds accurate and up-to-date information about your health and treatment so that those treating you can give you the best       possible care. The information is only available to those involved in your care.

You have the right to know what Information we hold about you. If you would like to see your Records, please speak to our Care Navigators who will request this Information for you.

The Practice Team

Our Doctors, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Paramedic Practitioner, Womens Health Nurse,  Nurse, Senior HCA, HCAs Midwives, District Nurse’s and Local Team’s are supported by General Practice Assistants, Administration and Care Navigator’s who work together to offer a wide range of services.

The Practice Nurse’s

Our Team, of Nurse’s deliver a number of Clinic’s including:

Heart Disease, COPD, Blood Pressure Monitoring, Diabetes,   Patient Health Checks, Immunisation’s, Weight/Diet, Diabetic, Foot Checks, Smoking Cessation, Family Planning, Asthma.

The District Nurse’s

Support to Housebound Patients and those recovering from    surgery. Re-dress wounds and remove stitches.
