COVID-19: End of life - considerations

At Broadshires Health Centre we are keen that everyone gets a chance to express their preferences for how and where they are cared for, in the event of a COVID-19 infection.

For most people COVID-19 will be a mild illness, but for a minority it will be bring an end to life.

We can hope for the best but must also plan for the worst.

Please watch some or all of the videos available here. They are informative and empowering. They help with difficult conversations. They are designed to put you in the driving seat when it comes to your end of life care.

Please contact your GP to tell them of your wishes ,or if you have questions.

You can do this by phone or by email.
