IAPT  (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies)

We have been providing psychological services to the people of Wiltshire for the past 20 years and pioneered Primary Care Psychology services within the country. We offer a high quality service that includes traditional IAPT interventions and we continue to innovate to better meet the needs of our clients.

What the service provides

We offer a wide range of support through GP surgeries to anyone with common emotional and mental health difficulties, primarily those associated with anxiety and depression. The Wiltshire IAPT services range from self-help therapies, to psycho-educational courses and one-to-one support.
Our service is based on a Stepped-Care LIFT model. This means that we offer our services in a tiered approach where we recommend trying the most commonly helpful support first. In the following link are the contact numbers for IAPT, please click to see more details.
