The Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals Imaging Booking Department is making some changes to improve patient experience and enable patients to access the booking team more easily.
The following improvements came into effect from Monday 4th March 2019:
• A new dedicated patient only contact number: 01273 523040.
• Extended hours for the patient phone line. Open from 08:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday, increasing the access period to the office by a further 3 hours and providing more flexibility for patients to change or cancel appointments.
• Please note that the current mainline number (01273 664575) will still be available for all non-patient calls.
• Consenting patients will receive a text confirmation once their appointment has been booked.
