Your GP may ask you to send in some photographs to help them assess your skin condition. You can get guidance on the best way to take these photos on the Noble's Dermatology and Plastic Surgery web page, under downloadable documents - Patient Guide - Skin Service Dermatology.
Please make sure you put your initials and date of birth on the email so we can correctly identify you. Please note that if the GP wishes to refer you on to the specialist, they may use these photos and send them with the referral.
