Vaccinations and Immunisations
Since our last event we have procedure in place.
The Townfield Doctors Surgery and TDS Patient Participation Group Childhood Immunisation Awards
Young children rely on the champions in their lives to keep them safe and healthy.
Those champions may be parents who keep a record of their child’s vaccinations and ask at each doctor/clinicians appointment whether their child is up-to-date on immunisations. And, those champions may also be doctors, nurses, HC As, and other healthcare professionals who ensure that the children in their care receive all the recommended vaccines.
The TDS Childhood Immunisation Champions are an inspiration to everyone who cares about children’s health. The Townfield Surgery Manager and Its’ PPG are pleased to recognise the recipients of the award for the special contributions they have made through their work in childhood immunisation.
Every quarter we have awards events for parents /Carers who have completed their children course.
