Out of Hours Out of hours cover is provided by NHS England between 6.30pm and 8.00am and from 6.30pm Friday until 8.00am Monday. Patients will be offered appropriate advice or a consultation at Savernake hospital, if medically necessary a doctor will make a home visit. Telephone 111

Cancelling your Appointment If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone to cancel your appointment. By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.
The practice operates a 'zero tolerance' policy in regard to verbal or physical abuse towards staff and healthcare professionals.
Patients behaving in an inappropriate or unacceptable manner may be removed from the practice list.
