Patient Liaison Group

Welcome to the Lisson Grove and Woolwell Patient Liaison Group.

Our Patient Liaison  Group(PLG) is actively involved in deciding how the Practice and the services it provides should develop. The group meets  or communicates (largely) via e mail to exchange ideas and information with Practice representatives,to agree action and  to work with the Practice to develop and improve services for all.

Interested parties and potential new PLG members are always welcome. Please call the Practice Manager Chris Pike to ask when the next meeting will be. They tend to be Wednesday mornings and are held at our Woolwell Surgery.

Interested in getting involved?

Anyone and everyone is welcome to join the group, as long as you are registered with the practice and interested in working together to make positive changes for the practice and its patients.

The group held it's first meeting at the end of September 2011 and  meets about once per  month but you do not have to contribute in this way.

You could become a “virtual” member of the patient representation team by expressing your interest to be contacted every now and then by either e mail, phone or post to express your views on a particular subject.

Please fill in an enquiry form at reception next time you are in the Practice or send an e mail by using the “contact us” facility on this website ( click on “send us your comments or suggestions” and mention the Patient Representation Group in your text.

For further information about the group, please contact Chris Pike or Karen Jeffery or e mail us any queries (as above)

We want to hear from you, we want to work with you, we want to improve for you.

Thank you.

Chris Pike

Practice Manager
